Welcome to MURATEC Europe GmbH
It is not necessarily limited to the field of
OA(Office Automation) equipment business, but also in the rest of the industrial
world that large scale businesses, either by realignment or by unification, give
the illusion that they are the sole model for becoming a winner.
It is not to be doubted that the magnitude
provides merit, but it is true, on the contrary that there exists
advantages, as well, attainable only by a small company.
For example, the promptness on decision making,
product development, pursuing higher speed and convenience of handling
may be the conspicuous peculiarity properly achieved only by a medium
sized company like Muratec.
Muratec, Office Information Division, one of the
business divisions of Murata Machinery Ltd.(H.Q: Kyoto/Japan), is a small to
medium sized company, scale wise, when compared with other similar industry
companies, but we are now enjoying our 36th anniversary,
where we achieved progressive improvement, through our own product development
and sales channels in this keen, competitive and volatile business world.
This business continuity is the very proof of how
we successfully acquire support from our customers in each market year after
year. We are the successor of Murata Machinery Ltd. N.A. The purpose of our company is to construct an organization devoted
to progress and growth. Firmly rooted in the market through the presentation of
products and services to meet the requirements of our customers’.

development specified in their own segment, and the cooperative system with the
partners prudently selected in accordance with the fundamental code of the sales
activities. The flow of business is roughly classified into 4 categories, i.e. products planning, manufacturing, sales and service above all, products planning and sales can hardly be achieved without paying attention to the marketing research. There is no terminal as to be
